Mini - album Using Stampin Up Scallop Tag Topper Punch

I had a dream last night.... and in it I created a sweet little mini album using Stampin' Up's scallop tag topper punch. As soon as I had a free moment, I had to make one.

Ink colors are Melon Mambo, Gumball Green,  Daffodil Delight and Smokey Slate.

I used Double sided colored card stock for the pages.
Each sheet had a different color on the back then on the front.

The flower was made using the decorative label punch.
If you follow me on Pinterest, I have the directions pinned-
it comes from Valita's Designs & Fresh Folds.

Now I need to fill this up with pics of the kids.

These two just melt my heart when they get along sweetly!

A project like this would also make a nice affirmations journal or a heart warming gift for an aunt, grandparent or Godparent. So many nice gestures available within.

If you are curious, I used Bordering on Romance and Itty Bitty Labels stamps. I don't have the inside paper, lace or brad manufacturers to share... I've had them so long it is a mystery!

Hi Cheryl! I'm glad you like it! I made it up as I went along. Essentially you decide on the size of the mini album you want to make, keeping the height at 3". So if you want an album that is approx. 4" wide by 3" high you would use a strip roughly 9"x3" then fold it in half @ 4.5". Place both pieces of the open end into the tag punch, bypassing the paper guides until it is all the way into the tag topper punch. Punch it out and you have the base of your cover. The inside sheets are simply 2 creased papers that, when folded create 8 pages for decorating. You can either sew them inside or make binding strips. If you need additional directions on those let me know and I will try to walk you through it or find a tutorial for you. Thanks again & happy scrapping!

Valita's Fresh Folds has the directions for making the flower I used to embellish the mini album.
